SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

In preparing your puppy for his/her journey home, it is as important for you to be on time as it is for us, and most importantly the puppy.

You have scheduled your appointment. I now base when I feed your puppy, on that appointment time. This helps insure that your puppy does not leave the farm on a full stomach, which would NOT be enjoyable for it, or you, on the journey home.
Please be on time for your appointment. I can manager earlier, it is when families are late that becomes the problem.

Please respect our time as you plan your trip.

TO INSURE WE WILL BE HOME TO MEET WITH YOU, APPOINTMENTS ARE A MUST!
WE HAVE OTHER OBLIGATIONS & ARE NOT ALWAYS AT HOME.

ANOTHER REASON FOR YOU TO BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. I plan my day around your appointment. I have other customers and we are a busy family and may have plans to leave based on your appointment!!

Please stay on schedule. If I need to feed your puppy because you are late, the experience home will not be enjoyable for the puppy or you. :(

Being late does not work for us!!

We do not stay home based on a "might drop by" statement.

COVID 19 Protocol for puppy pickup

The pandemic can seem overwhelming, but in truth, every person can help slow down the spread of COVID-19. By doing your part, you can make a big difference to your health, and that of others around you.

When you arrive here’s what to expect.

Please arrive at your appointment time, as not to have more people gathered than 3 at one time.

We are still receiving families- Please only one or 2 persons for the appointment
We will require you to wipe your hands with Clorox wipes when you arrive
We will practice social distancing
No admittance in closed door buildings. Please use a restroom before you arrive at the farm.
